HOW TO USE: After applying the perm for the required time, rinse with plenty of water without removing the curlers. Remove excess water and apply the ARUAL NEUTRALIZER for approximately 10 minutes to set the curl in the hair. Then remove the curlers and apply for a second time, for 5 minutes, to fix the curl.
